The Lofts at Cherokee Studios is a 12 unit LEED™ Platinum live/work condominium project located in the West Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles. Unit 5 was voted by our online community as the best designed Slow Home from the 124 Apartments/Loft analyzed in Los Angeles for the Slow Home Project. It is a one bedroom, two bathroom apartment unit with a flex second bedroom/study space and received a Slow Home Test Score of 18/20.

This project was selected by the Slow Home community for the high quality of its residential design. In accordance with the Slow Home principles, this project is both simple and light. It is simple because it has been designed to fit the way people really want to live and it is light because it has been designed to minimize its environmental footprint.
